Dr. Dragos Zanchi and Dr. Rafael Martinez have known each other for nearly 15 years, as both friends and colleagues. Together they run a private practice built to treat patients as their own family. Physician Assistant

MAJ (Ret.) John L. Kinkead MPA-C proudly served the Army and our country for 28 years, gaining a vast experience base from his Army and Joint Special Operations assignments. His greatest passion was providing top quality medical care to service members and their families, whether in war time or peace. His experience in aviation, high altitude freefall parachuting, and dive medicine makes him especially oriented toward pulmonary and sleep disorders and their treatments. Having now retired from military service he is delighted to contribute his 18 years of Physician Assistant experience in proudly serving you.

Lyudmyla Norgart

Family Nurse Practitioner

Lyudmyla Norgart graduated in 2015 from Florida International University with honors in the Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner program. Before she moved to the USA, she practiced medicine in Ukraine. Norgart graduated from medical school in 1992, and then completed a fellowship in infectious diseases. Her special interest was in community-acquired pneumonia and nosocomial infections. She was also interested in treatment and prevention of COPD. That is why Norgart was happy to begin her journey in the USA at Pulmonary and Sleep of Tampa Bay.

Norgart is currently married with two beautiful daughters, and a little dog named Bichon Fraise. She loves spending free time with her family and friends.
